The 9th Annual Kings & Queens
Join us for laughs, libations, vibes, vision, vigor and value-added; we’ve been doing this for 9 years y’all!
Since 2012, Kings & Queens has evolved from an intimate loft party to its current iteration: an organic intersection of art, music, philanthropy, friendship, fellowship and culture.
In the spirit of Dr. King, we also party with a purpose and, in support of SOCKS (So Others Can Keep Striding), are asking all of our friends and guests to please bring a multi-pack of new, dry socks or small packaged toiletries for donation to provide much-needed winter essentials for the DMV’s homeless population.
Enjoy yourselves inside as the Jaybeez – DC’s only Husband & Wife DJ crew – spin crate-diggin’, head-noddin’, backpack-rockin,’ radio-free hip-hop and neo-soul all night, and enjoy yourselves outside in “the cigar-den,” our heated outdoor canopy of conversation!
As always, guests are welcome to join us for Kings & Queens, but…your ‘day-ones’ can’t always be your ‘plus-ones,’ so make yours count! 🙂
While entry, lite fare and drinks are free, be sure to bring your sense of spirit – along with an actual bottle of spirits (!) to share.
We are all Kings & Queens, so watch the throne and spread the word; we can’t wait to see you!
